I have been having very healthy bowel movements lately but am seeing white specks
since I started taking the enzymes to kill candida. I am wodering if this is

This is a reply to # 301,161Mostlikely candida. Could be bits of indigested nuts, if you're eating lots of nuts!

MoreThis is a reply to # 301,161yes, little white lumps, alot of them. And I don't eat nuts so it must
be the fungus leaving. Good riddance! This stuff has been making me sick
for 2 years!
