1. My mother needs to consume more green veggies, yet she isnt a big fan. Any good QUALITY RAW powders out there she should try to? Pls... she wont eat any greens she hates them.
2. I heard that if you eat the same greens all the time, its not very healthy and u should switch it up? Uh, what if your not a green fan and you find only 3 staples you love and cherish?
3. Has anyone ordered from Sun Organic farms? They sell nut butters, you can buy 3 for $30.00 bucks, but Nut butters are sketchy since the RAW label on them can be misleading?
4. I keep hearing that raw dehydrated food is considered the junk food of the raw world, it has no life force. But if you eat plenty of food with the force ( hehe) then why would eating raw dehydrated food be considered junk? If you floss after you eat them, its balanced with fully alive foods, whats the big deal? One can only eat a salad so many times ya know.
5. Where do yall buy your seeds to sprout from? Curious? Any online great sites you purchased from and didnt get sick?
6. Calcium... What are good raw sources? I think I heard almonds, and poppy seeds? I could be wrong though? Also. I heard magnisium and calcium help each other, so would that mean eat poppy seeds, and a magnesium rich food at the same time for optimal benefits? Or as long as its in the same day etc?
