Everything you just wrote applies to a cleanse I did just last night. I didn't get stones this time at all (6th cleanse)However, I got a crampy feeling and the light-colored stool. I am zapping, and when I zap, it seems like the bowels want to move and I go to the bathroom; it is like the zapping gets the bowels flowing. I am wondering what is causeing the movement too in my abdomen. No pain, just movement.
