You can also get calories from sesame, pumpkin seed, sunflower seeds, and buckwheat (you will find the buckwheat pancake recipe on my blog:

You can get calories from nuts (read all about how to blanch them on my blog. This makes them easier to digest).
Furthermore to help detox you MUST take some good fatty acid daily (ideally with every meal): extra virgin olive oil, linseed oil, fish oil (linseed goes rancid very easily, the best is to buy the seeds themselves and to grind them a bit at a time - they are delicious on oatmeal, with cinamom, vanilla and nutmeg.
With oatmeal for breakfast or eggs, veggies (with oil) for lunch and meat and rice for dinner, I do not loose weight (I did loose weight at first due to poor digestion -if you are loosing weight read "how to improve digestion" on my blog).
About feeling really tired and spacey,you might want to carry on taking nystatin.
Feeling really tired often relates to
food allergy , pay attention to what you've eaten before - or else perfume allergy (at some point just walking down the soap alley at the grocery store would get me lethargic). Identifying your allergies/intolerance will help a great deal.
