I have this problem. I think it may be candida. Lets also let it be know that prior to my self diagnosis and diet change i was a total and complete
Sugar addict. I would wake up in the morning and have an oreo right away. Sometimes i could not control the
Sugar cravings.
My problem became quite noticable when i was attending training for my job. I would have a thick head fog in the morning(concentration was nearly impossible), I noticed this the most when i had a high carb high
Sugar brekfast(such as toaster strudels) i would not be able to concentrate or retain anything. Before I changed my diet i had one piece of whole grain brown toast with natural peanut butter and 2 hard boiled eggs for brekfast (6:15) and by 9:00 i was done. No energy at all!
I looked into the symptoms and i came to the conclusion that i had hypoglycemia. I was extremely reactive to what i ate, so i removed any foods with sugar form my diet. This helped a bit, but i still got reactions of head fog and low energy. Why was i Hypoglycemic?
Also I found that when i got a severe reaction to sugar(not to carbs it seems) i would get bumps on my bum and inner thighs(sometimes else where like my belly), as well as the feeling that i had somthing in my eye. Almost like a piece of sand. I went to the medi clinic to see what was in my eye and the GP said that there was nothing. The last time this happend i waited 2 days and the eye discomport went away.
I also have an itchy anus and constant flatulance for the last year or so, regardless of what i have eaten. This is very irratating. Also I can feel quite moody especially before my blood is stabalized. I can be quite ancy, really i just dont feel myself.
When i dont feel myself i have nothing to say!! I just stand there. People are talking about this and that and I've got nothing!!!! This is not like me. When i feel good, such as after a run, i've got lots of energy and u can sometimes not shut me up!
I've been running alot latley this seems to help quite a bit. I've also cut, sugar, bread, pasta, rice and basically anything with medium to high amounts of carbs from my diet. I feel better than i have for at least three months. But i still some times not feel like i should.
Dos this sound like Candida? I have an appointment with a blood specialist that my GP made for me but its in like month and a half. I 'm goin to mexico in a month and i wanna drink my face of there. Apparently drinking is not good for this. I can seem to drink beer and feel fine but if i have dry red wine then i am sleeping 45 min after.
Dam my farts stink today! MEH!
Any ideas or thoughts on this would be helpfull
