I'm so glad you guys are sharing stories here.
I did the liver cleanse two nights ago. I was so excited about doing it that I couldn't sleep. I even took 4 Ornithine!
I got about 200 little, tan-colored glob-type stones, and about 10 or 15 pea-sized dark green stones.
I'm going to do it again in two weeks.
My issue is allergies (in a big way). I'm congested every single day (but not as bad today!!!). My congestion is about 40% better than before the liver cleanse. I know I need to do more to clear up the problem, but I'm 200 stones lighter than last week!
I love fresh garlic. My husband can smell it on my breath from across the room, though. I personally think fresh is best (especially based on what Hulda says about supplements)! Sometimes I put a whole clove (the spice clove, not garlic clove) between my cheek and gum. Our indian friend does this to freshen his breath. It doesn't help that much. I work from home, so I only offend my husband.
I also have been making cayenne pepper tea (1/8 or more cayenne pepper in warm water). I love it. It is an acquired taste.
Peace and health,
Kmarie
> Thanks for responding. I have always wanted to try organice garlic but I'd read somewhere that the smell of it starts coming out of your pores. There was even a woman at work whom everyone dreaded getting on the elevator with because supposedly she took fresh garlic and she smelled dreadful or so they said. I never had opportunity to confirm this however. Is this true for you? What form do you take?

> As for your cleansing problem, as I stated in a reply to your post, I really think you should try the
Epsom Salts . I believe the
Epsom Salts gave me diarrhea, which aided in my elimination. I can't imagine how it would have been without it. Of course, I am certainly no expert, having only done just one cleanse. I feel terrific today and I will definitely do more cleansing in the near future.

I haven't yet used the prednisone prescribed to me by the dermatologist and I have been trying to eat a purer diet yesterday and today. However, because of Dr. Clark's book, I am afraid to eat hardly anything because I am afraid of getting reinfected by parasites, mold and other things.
