Just an update on my latest protocol. Right now I am drinking some ACV (apple cider vinegar) and doing garlic/ACV enemas daily, including one implant. Plus I am cutting out the sweets.
Two days ago my garlic/ACV enema implant yielded a candida discharge, a spikey globe that looks kind of like a soft piece of whitish coral. I got about 4 of them out this time. The largest was silver dollar sized. One was starting to turn dark and had some red mite looking things on it. Better out than in!- Red Mite? Jhan

I tried a couple of 2 litre ACV enemas A couple of months ago felt like they give a good clear out but also tah it upset my stomach, could have been die off. However it put me off cos I felt like I was flushing out any good stuff I had as well as bad. I know they say to replace after with good probiotics, but I feel a bit unsure because of this. This is a reply to # 283,486you don't want to kill the good flora that you have as well. with garlic being a broad spectrum antibiotic, it's certainly possible. take an enema with yogurt after the garlic enema. just a suggestion.
