I have recently finished
The Master Cleanse at the beginning
of March and have since not eaten any cooked food meals since.
I have however consumed some cooked brown rice and organic spelt
bread, and some beans from a can which are cooked only because
I am waiting for my organic dry beans to come in so I can just
soak them instead of cooking.
As for everything else, it has just been fruit and veggies and
nuts and seeds.
I feel great!
The reason for the change was not intentional. I did the
Master-Cleanse to
become healthier and lose weight,not for any particular health reason. But reading MUCH information on the net about the health
reprocutions of cooked food I no longer feel the need or desire
for it.
I would like to follow in your foot steps and continue to lose weight,since I still have 10-15 more to lose. It has been rather slow going and maybe it is because of the little amount of cooked food I consume- I don't know or understand why the weight isn't just falling off. I have increased my exercise and eat virtually
no bad things at all compared to my pre
Master-Cleanse diet.
I would love to get your book to see how your have achieved you
wounderful state of life. I do live and Canada and am not sure if I can get ahold of it.

Even though I have no major health problems that are physical or
prevent me from enjoying life. However, the weight problem ,to me,is a physical illness.I would truly love to emerge from this body as theperson I once was.
