To anywhoe who can help :
For the lemonade drink : I cannot find Maple Syrup Grade B or C anywhere, only Grade A, and I read that that isn't good enough. I also read somewhere that pure, natural dark Molassess can be used instead, especially for diabetics, or hyploglycims (I have been hypoglycemic before). Please let me know it is OK to sub the molassess.
