Sea Salt in water

I am new to the sight(WONDERFUL! Have already told friends) got here via the body flexers support group sight (thanks all -especially Heather!) But I am confused. Can you take the Salt with/in the water or should you put it in capsules or does it matter? I will be checking, so someone with the (correct please) knowledge please let me know. Water cure means drinking more CLEAN water.
Salt does not need to be in the water.
Unrefined salt can be used with foods, to provide extra minerals for your needs.
Water will "wash out" excess minerals and toxins, body will keep what it needs.
If you like drinking mineral water, then you may add a little salt into water.
