I stuck to the juice for a few days, then went to clear broth soups with a little of the rye wasa crackers, and the next day some soup with veggies in it. Did not have any problems jumpstarting the digestion and elimination although it felt weird worrying about it.
I did not do any
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or tea after
The Master Cleanse too. If I were going to transition from the
Master-Cleanse to other juices, I would think the orange juice would be optional since you would not be stopping the fast. Of course, Somer, having done that for the remainder of her fast, 60 days, would be able to tell you more.
What I can share is that I did the P&B shakes after my Master Cleanse, and found them to be dehydrating and I was able to drink enough water to keep everything flowing but would recommend having food and fiber in your system to *push* them through. I did not get a lot of debris out and no ropes, but do feel the
Bentonite clay did a good job of absorbing residual toxins in my system. You have to allow an hour before and after the shake with nothing to eat so its not like you are eating a lot. I worked up to 3 a day and did it for 10 days.
I think the
Liver Flush before the P&B shakes is still a good idea since you have been flushing your body for weeks and its best to shake out the filters before you detox even more. I did two flushes in the month right after my
Master-Cleanse fast. Then on to another deeper level of
parasite cleanse and the shakes. You need to be eating soup and solids before the
Liver Flush though so it may have to wait until later *after* your fast. I used a soup with lots of cabbage so it will *sweep* out the walls of the intestines.
I hope it will be as easy for you as it was for me. Certainly it was worth the effort and I am still riding the benefical effects of the cleanse and am on to more experimentation in my effort to amp my immune system and keep my digestion and elimination in top form....
blessings on your healing path,
Zoe
