My break is going fine! I think I told you, the oranges i bought were no juicy at all, not enough to porduce any real juice in a glass, so I resorted to just eating them. They tasted fine when I did that. And I was just fine with it....
Then I'd made the veg soup, so I had some broth. No spices at all except some organic veg broth and a little apple cider vinegar. That went down just fine too. I had no discomfort. So, last night, I ate some veggies from the soup, which by now were pretty soft. And I ate one small potato with a little flaxseed oil and a dash of
Sea Salt . It was so comforting, that potato. I slept like a baby!
I drank the "cran water" today from the fat flush plan, with 1 T psyllium husks. I liked it. Drank it fast. Tasted kinda nutty. I also drank the cup of hot water with juice of 1/2 lemon. That was a nice change of pace for having a "lemon", lol
Today I will introduce salmon. I bought some smoked, knida like lox type. I love that stuff.
MY fridge is chock full of fresh fruit and veggies, though mostly veggies, which I will enjoy sayteeing in broth with garlic today. Yum yum. Especially fresh spinach, my absolute favorite vegetable.
For my new eating, I am blending Fat Flush with "The
Sugar addicts total recovery program." I realized on this flush that I am addicted to sugar! Though I didnt know it cuz I never ate sugar--- I got my "sugar" from wine and carbs before! That's why I craved the wine so bad on the MC. I havent had wine in several days (since my slip) and I dont miss it yet. I credit the little spud for that. I got that info from the
Sugar addicts book.
do you crave sugar? And have you read this book? It's interesting.
Thirdly, I flipped through Suzanne somers Get Skinny book at the library, (the purple one) and found some good looking veggie dishes with healthy fats--olive oil, etc. She goes way to heavy on the cream, bacon, sausage, yuck-- in some of her recipes, I dont know how she can live eating all that animal fat. But the veggie dishes and homemade dressings i found that were pretty clean of all that other junk, I copied.

Sugar whatsoever, NO veggie carbs,... Well, I intend to eat to eat my little potato and see if I feel better, more enrgy balance, etc.

NOW, my only problem, no BM yet. it's been 2 days. I dont feel uncomforatble, but "I know its in there!" lol
do you think i should drink a lax tea? I'm hoping the psyllium husks will help. I've eaten only veggies, "roughage", dont know what the holdup is....
