I thought it would be nice. Feel free to post if you like.
I'm 35 from Neptune, NJ; in the Catering business (rough doing the cleanse in this biz).
Have only tried Master-Cleanse once and lasted a mere 5 days. Shooing for 10 this time.

I am 42, from Colorado and in the legal field. I have had no trouble following this at work so far.
I am planning to go 21 days and I am on day 7 now. It's my first cleanse. My co-workers are making fun of me, gently really, but I am the one laughing all the way to the scale! Ha.
I feel really good--so surprisingly good that it blows my mind.

I'm on day 5 of the colon and parasite cleanse. So far the Colon Cleanse is going good, but i've yet to see a parasite! :(

This is a reply to # 249,757After raising my daughter I became a wanderer/adventurer for a while. I have lived in Texas for a couple of years. Previously, I worked doing energetic healing with critically ill people. I needed a break though and came to Texas on sabbatical to live and work at a friend's healing retreat center. Its a very alternative lifestyle but I get to meet interesting people from all over the world.

I'm on day 10 of the colon cleanse. Just discovered this place and this lifestyle a few weeks ago. It's truly changing my life. Nice to meet you and ... thanks for asking!

This is a reply to # 250,098I figured this out the hard way. For the first six days or so I didn't strain and I felt my stomach churning all the time... I was still hungry. Then I started to strain my lemonade and it stopped and I felt much better. I didn't know it would make that much of a difference but it did. Happy cleansing!

This is a reply to # 249,803Hi Zoe-- how interesting. Anything like "Hands of Light"? Do you by any chance cook there, at the centre? After raising my son, in a previous 'life' I was the chef at a retreat centre up here (Ontario). When I needed a 'break' from that, I came to the city. ;-) Curious, yes. But it's been important.

I do help cook when we have seminars or big events. Everyday cooking is done by the men for the most part or we all help which is even more fun. We have guest cooks that we fly in also. This year, most of the activity will be in Arkansas so I am cooking and juicing for myself which makes it easier for me to do what I am calling, my *year of cleansing*!
I like to visit the city but most likely will always remain a country girl. Sure like the stars at night and the feeling of wide open spaces....ggg

I'm an artist, if I have energy after being a "single" mom most of the time with hubby gone so much. Currently in good ol carolina. First time living here, tho I hail from VA. Hubby hails from CA. Married 14 yrs too. My first time on the MC, or any cleanse/fast for that matter. Nice to know a little more about all of you, and thanks for being here!!!!!

I've done the Master-Cleanse twice, once for 14 days and once for 17 days followed by 8 days of juice fasting.

I've done 3 successful MC's: an 8 day, a 10 day and most recently an 11 day which I just broke with juice fast starting this morning. I feel like I could juice everyday for life if it weren't so much work!
