I am not Somer, but she has helped most of us a lot. I see nothing negative about what she has done.

Had you bothered to read Somer's posts about her 60 day fast, you would have not posted your question, and your so called opinion.

If you don't have any questions about doing a cleanse, which might help rid you of the parasites that obviously have you in a negative zone, then you should not concern yourself with anyone else's length of time, let alone hope they are okay after making a negative remark about their being a fanatic!

Should you ever decide to do a cleanse or ask questions when you are doing one, don't be surprised if no one responds with any answers, let alone helpful ones.

Read before you write! And don't assume that others probably have the same opinion as you!

Good for you for going back and reading her posts as recommended, and changing your negative post!

Dear Retro,

Somer is someone who has done her homework, worked an alternative healing protocol, not only using The Master Cleanse but liver flushing, diet, and lifestyle change among others. She is also active in other forums. I totally appreciate someone like her who is knowledgeable, not only through experience, but through research and *learning* from others. She happens to be someone with the patience of *Job* too since there are many others who have also done their homework and show up from time to time to contribute, but so often it is Somer's willingness to keep up the task of proffering support when the same questions come up over and over again on a daily basis. She is willing to share the common knowledge she has found here when more often than not, the questions are asked by someone too lazy to read as far as the FAQ section or the online copy of the Master Cleanse. That she is supportive and caring, respected and PLEASANT is all the more endearing to those of us who will regularly read her posts to collect the gems of wisdom she passes on.

It could be of course, that you are really trying to compliment Somer's effort to contribute and reach out to others, and have just done a rather different job of it. The Curezone Community is special and it is people like Somer here, and others, like Hanna, in the Liver Flush Forum that the newbies consider the *old timers* because they have been at these cleansing protocols for long enough that their confidence shows and they have earned the right to give advice and garner our appreciation in return. Actually, if Doc Burroughs could have a say, I imagine he would say, "Keep up the good work".

So, on behalf of all the lurkers and others who have learned so much from Somer's continuing contributions and caring wisdom, I say, "thank you, Somer".

And to you, Retro, I wish you luck in finding what you are looking for on your healing path.

I may be naive and not picking up possible facetiousness, but it seems to be a compliment, in my eyes.

I pray Somer never stop visiting this site even when she isn't on a cleanse. It would be not be the same site. She is AWESOME!! Besides being the Queen of Colon Cleasing.

OK OK. I posted another message to Somer orginally but removed when I realized a mistake had been made.
Been fighting a Sugar eating problem for almost 8 months since my last MC. Sugar is evil and I hope this fast will get rid of my pent up outburst I get.
I do appreciate all the post I have read that Somer has posted and sorry about the orginal post ripping on her 60 day fast.
