i feel wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
better.
i suggest anyone and everyone to have some after thier fast to restock the healthy bacteria in the intestines.
organic and Sugar free is ideal
but i didnt have the $$$ for that and generic 50 cent cup of yogurt work just fine.
i did eat two cups back to back 2 days in a row.

    yes it is cheaper than eating actually.
    
    well hopefullt post cleanse i can get a job. my problems were with Arthritis and a ganglions cyst.
    both which are not a problem now.
    the wrist flares up now and again but i just started vits and its getting better everyday.
