Well, I better think twice next time I see a need to get off my schedule. It seems to be hard getting back on it. It was easy at first, but hunger seemed to be catching up with me. My first failed day I was a lot more hungry than the other days when I was doing so well.
I am going to try changing my plan. We will see how that works. Instead of regular
Water Fasting days, I will change to health product days. That means I will mostly consume things like chlorella, spirulina, herbal teas, bone broth, etc. I will alternate health product days with eating days. I will also give myself the option to extend my health product days to more than one day. Another option will be to throw in
Water Fasting days as I am able. This plan should help me through any extreme hunger days.
I have heard of some going on just chlorella and spirulina for days, weeks and even months (if I am remembering correctly) at a time with great benefits. It remains to be seen if I am able to extend it that long.
Today, March 22, 2020, was an eating day. In a few minutes we will be in a new day. This new day will be a health product day unless I can manage a
Water Fast for the day.
