No Telman is not posting anymore I have not talked to him for some time (years?) and I understand he had other problems and follows a different direction. I don't do flushes anymore because my gallstone (1") has may be settled down in a better spot and I want it to stay there. When I started it was in the neck of the gallbladder, with result thickening of the wall, inflammation etc, after 10 months of flushing it was free floating and later had moved to a better place and my gallbladder was back to normal. A calcified stone that size just can't get out through the bile ducts anymore, though you can still clean your liver according to the
Webmaster to prevent new stones in the gallbladder. I am just too chicken to try it again. Sometimes if I feel the stone I drink 1tbs
Epsom Salt in warm water and that quiets things down in ~20 minutes. Have done this now for 15+ years. My last ultrasound was 2 years ago and the stone was still there same size and no mentioning of new stones. What I always liked about the flushes was that I had trouble with brain fog and felt always better after the flush.
Besides taking the
Epsom Salts I use supplements for liver, pancreas, gallbladder hoping to keep the bile flowing since the storage in the gallbladder is limited because of the big stone. This is not based on knowledge but my intuition after reading a lot and also having some digestion problems. I have been on this journey for more than 15+ years and keep researching. hanna
