OMG Me Too
Hello. Describe the "thrashing around". I have stronglyoides (among others) and they have disseminated to my skin/lymphatics/tissues/eyes/sinuses. They tend to buzz/vibrate in the muscles off and on for a day or so: i have had these in the muscles of my legs, arms, back, feet, butt, etc. They can also feel like they are crawling up or down a body part or across the ribs. I also had a huge problem (way back when they were many more) in my genitourinary system and stomach. They were in my eyes, ears & sinuses. I didn't feel vibrations in these tissues, but certainly see the local swelling/congestion and body reaction to them. I have vomited them (little 1/2" red threads), expelled them vaginally, and gargled them out of my tonsillectomy areas. They tend to be quite active at night, especially 3 AM. They do tend to become quite frantic when I take the antiparasitic meds and increase the frequency of their activity. Also seemed to cause muscle spasms & legs/feet/arms probably related to the way they alter metabolism in the muscles. I read in one scientific research presentation that they tend to collect around the waist during their final stronghold. I didn't believe that until it did seem to happen that way. Currently I am in the final stages of Sharkman's treatment protocol and will do maintenance/preventive meds forever more at the end of this year.
I had hook worms which made me gag a lot as they attached in the upper esophagus, intestinal & liver flukes ( no real symptoms ??), tapeworms, and some sort of intestinal thing that looked like a fairly large tadpole-like thing (over 1/2
inch long & thickened body with a thick tail)- passed a total of 5 of these things with coffee enemas. I could feel them wiggling in my gut, especially when I lay on my stomach, especially as they expelled; I could feel them moving further & further along over the weeks. I thought they were tapes until I saw them. Nothing since then.
