The only soup I've ever made came out of a can......sheesh I didn't even make it! Just heated it up!
So how does one make this soup?
I've purchased the vegetables suggested in the book.
Do I put them in whole?
Do I cut them up?
Do I add water?
If so, how much?
Do I boil it?
What if I am going raw?
Do I just heat it partially?
I know, pretty rudimentary, I'm sure.....but I just don't know!
Also, I have read that others have broken the fast with miso soup and other various recipes....I'm gonna stick to the one in the book for now.
