So I developed numbness in my hands and feet one night like when you cut off the circulation. Every since that happened I have stiff hands and feet...sometimes my knees. Mostly on my right side. Its not painful except sometimes the bottom of my feet ache. So my feet don't bend when I walk like they used to, (but are ok when I get them moving), and my fingers don't grip like they used to. Its like when you freeze your fingers and can't make a fist. They aren't cold. They don't look different. Doctor did some tests and they were negative. So any ideas besides arthritis? They don't seem swollen.

Do you eat Sugar added to food ?
Anyway, regardless of your diet, start Liver Flushing !

This is a reply to # 2,413,730I had a nerve test not too long ago. The doctor tested my muscles reflexes and they are good. He was very puzzled. I appreciate the suggestion.

This is a reply to # 2,413,679Get some sulfur nutrients in.
Garlic, broccoli sprouts, wheat bran (organic!! glyphosate is a terrible thing to eat in your grains!), etc.
Sulfur helps both with the joints and with keeping bile moving in the liver.
It's important as vitamin B1 (wheat bran has lots of it) for sending neural signals and maintaining the health of the central nervous system.
If you're eating food contaminated with glyphosate you can get issues with your sulfur cycle. Glyphosate (roundup) kills the gut flora that help you take in manganese (another nutrient which nuts and grains are rich in), and can further contribute to problems in nerves and muscles.
Make sure to observe if there's anything you're doing on a regular basis that effects your flexibility. I find for example that applying essential oils to the skin too frequently can make me more prone to numbness in my hand if I lay on that side.
This is a shot in the dark, but I'm replying because you mention a lot of the symptoms I have experienced. Really sore soles of the feet? Stiffness of the muscles/joints-
Are you using any sulfur nutrients to begin with, and maybe living with / having had dental Amalgams (metal fillings in the teeth)?
Mercury from vaccinations and fillings tends to accumulate in the muscle and cartilage. If you use sulfur nutrients, the body tries to kick the mercury out of those tissues, and that can make them sore.
Sulfur nutrients, if you're using supplements, have names like these:
Methylsulfuromethane (MSM), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine, benfothiamine), DMSO (Di methyl sulfur oxide), Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate), Sulphurophane (Broccoli sprout powder), among others...
When I use too much sulfur at a time I can get those sore feet and stiff joints. But that's usually with some pain.

This is a reply to # 2,413,799I just started to eat some broccoli this week. And I tried some alpha lipoic acid and in the last few days and the symptoms have gotten better. I had my mercury fillings removed years ago and did some chelation with that so I don't think that is the problem. But the sulfur seems to be working. Thanks!

Really glad to hear it.
Coffee, seeds and nuts that are not sprayed with glyphosate (roundup/pesticide), organic meats and quality seaweed is ideal to help the sulfur work it's goodness. (because of the nutritional elements that they are strong in).
Seaweed is strong in Iodine & salts which allows mercury to be removed from the body.
Seeds and nuts are strong in Niacin and Manganese which help prevent candiasis and maintain a good sulfur cycle (glutahione production).
Meat in moderation (a fourth or eight of the space on your plate), when grass-fred, contains long-chain fatty acids (omega 3, 6 & 9) alongside the good protiens.
the dark green salads (leaft dark greens) can save your arse in many tight situations. If you're having a particularly bad time, grab a big bag of mixed greens (not pale like lettuce but kickarse green like ruccola and baby spinach) and get it all down without adding a bunch of sugars. The chlorophyll helps pull waste out of the lymph and has a healing effect over the next 24 hours after ingestion.
