You obviously don't know me very well. I skimmed the article just for you. If you think it is only televangelists that do this you are living a very sheltered life when it comes to church going. I don't know of any church in my area with my beliefs that do not engage in this same evil. Many if not most churches today are nothing more than businesses. They use the false prosperity message and the false tithing message to extort money out of people. That is practically the only activity they engage in from the time you get there until you are dismissed. Many churches today, now equal money making machines. The problem is far worse than just the televangelists. And yes, I quit going to church a long time ago. My time is too precious to sit in that nonsense just so I can tell you, Refreshed, this forum, and some of my dear relatives, who don't think I am saved because I don't attend church, that yes, I'm a faithful church goer. I know Jesus is not happy with this and I also know that He does not want me to sit under that kind of leadership.
