Just a word of encouragement to those of you out there hoping to keep any weight off that you lost during your MC. I did loose 10 lbs, and my 10th day was Saturday. I'm stincking to a good diet of fruit, fruit juice in the morning, vegi sandwich with whole grain bread from the health food store for lunch, and for dinner fish and vegis, raw. All the fruit I want during the day. I thought it was interesting when I read about raw vegis fruits carrying their own enzymes so they digest themselves pretty much without any help from your own enzymes. Amazing! Anyway, I also started eating a tbsp of coconut oil 2x a day for my skin. It does not add any fat to your body, so really those calories dont count.

Well it's only been 5 days so it's a bit soon to judge especially if you count the 3 days or so that it takes to break the fast but good for you for being aware of the importance to follow up with some good nutrition to keep it off. BTW flour products are not the best thing if you are trying to keep the weight off.
One of the most important things is to drink half your bodyweight in oz of H2O daily. I also encourage you to do some research on EFAs (essential fatty acids) which is one of the most overlooked things in any healthy diet plan.
Last but not least regular exersice is essential for maintaining good health and keeping the weight off.
Actually its Genesis 1:29 Sprouted grain and seed bread. I see no flour in the ingredients.

You are doing so good! How are you feeling, health wise. I am definitely going to do this again. Today I'm doing a liver flush, I'll let you know how that goes!

My husband manages his ice cream fine without me! He doesnt mind my way of eating as long as i'm cooking his way of eating! He just thinks I'm strange!
I like being strange. Anyway when we go out to eat his is very considerate of my eating, choosing salad bars for instance.
