You most likely are not chewing your food long enough.

All those pieces look like pieces of food that has passed through digestive tract, but has not been chewed long enough, so the pieces are quite large.

Worms are almost always PERFECTLY SYMMETRIC animals, just like most other animals like snakes, earthworms, caterpillars, beetles, etc.


Round worms like Ascaris and pinworms have round bodies like spaghetti.

Tapeworms are like flat snakes.

Flatworms, like liver flukes are like flat fish.


Liver flukes looks nothing like tomato skins.
