Have you checked out Mattk3's Ascaris123 protocol?
He's done a lot with complicated systemic infections.
Adding D3 and calcium makes the Albendazole/Praziquantel combination more effective at lower doses. DEC (Diethylcarbamazine) and piperazine he claims are very helpful. Levimasole, too. His book describes lots of supplements/vitamins that are also either effective or useful adjuncts.
It's a tough read, but there is a lot of good information.
If your infection is systemic, you have to be real careful to emphasize systemic meds and herbs. An herb or med that only works in the gut, may simply drive the parasites deeper into your body.
I've not tried anything beyond the usual herbs and praziquantel/ivermectin/albendazole/niclosamide yet, but hope to try DEC, piperazine, D3 soon. Just having trouble finding them in Thailand.

Given the severity of your infection, I think you need to be very careful adding the D3 to watch for extreme die-off side-effects. You may want to even start on the low end of dosages with the PRZ and ALB and gradually work up to the recommended levels. If you read through his Ascaris123 document, you will find descriptions of his near-death experiences and supplements that may help minimize the die-off side effects.
