I just want to let you know you're not alone! I had BO so bad it spread through walls, went all the way down long hallways, and made people talk about how bad it was. I am not familiar with the issues you're describing, unfortunately. What's seemed to help me (I still struggle with BO, but it's a lot better) was eating a mostly low fodmap diet (in the past, I also tried to stick to an anti-candida diet for a while and did some detoxes, which may have helped). I've also been taking Beatin HCL which is supposed to help me increase me stomach acid production, but I'm hoping eventually my body will learn to produce it on it's own and I will stop taking this supplement. This should only be taken if you actually have low stomach acid levels and it is safe for you (it shouldn't be taken with certain drugs, such as some over the counter pain relievers, or if you have ulcers, etc.). If you try it and accidentally take too much, baking soda mixed in water helps. I've been trying to figure out the correct amount of fiber and water intake for me. I've struggled with learning how to have just the right amount and not have too much or too little. I've been trying to incorporate probiotics and foods that naturally increase stomach acid or are supposed to be good for your digestion into my diet (fermented beets or red cabbage, non-dairy yogurt, lemon squeezed in water, turmeric, both iodized salt and
Sea Salt or himilayan salt, cinnamon, chia seeds, flax seeds, apple cider vinegar). I also have tried various other foods and supplements. I'm not promoting this product, but I'm getting digestive enzymes and some more probiotics from 'Shakeology' drinks. I don't want to be dependent on any supplements if possible, though. Recently, I tried a lot of garlic and ginger and I actually took too much to where I smelled like garlic, but I think in moderation these foods can also be helpful. I also try to exercise (walking, yoga, short hikes) more than I used to. I try to not drink too much water during meals and wait it least 30 minutes before or after meals before I drink a lot of liquid. I take a few deep breaths before eating and try to give myself some time to relax during and after meals. I've included a link with some information about digestion. I didn't actually read all of this and it's not written by a doctor (just someone who struggled with health issues and did some of their own research), but it may be helpful.
