Hi,
>>Hi Lind can you please explain this post for a newbie? What did you do with the tea? and what about these things?
>>do you eat them? Acv.garlic.chia seeds.zymex2.wormwood.pinworm meds Thanks, Nnacy
Herbal teas are drunk on a regular basis throughout the day, usually spaced throughout 2-6 hour intervals with a break while sleeping. The strength of the tea and the amount to take is dependant upon the body's reaction to them. The general rule of thumb is to use no more than makes you only mildly sick (that is called the herxheimer reaction, when fx
Antibiotics make you feel weird because it is killing bacteria and your body has to carry out the waste).
Some herbs can be eaten (like garlic, etc) though at lower amounts than as teas. Garlic for example has been used as both a medicine and food for ages. Raw garlic is a big worm-expelling herb,if you can get it into your tummy. One recipie is the garlic-applecidervinegar-honey recipie, you can find it with a google search. The recipies describe what it's used to treat/do.
wormwood is a deworming herb, it's harmful in high doses, so a lot of reading is reccommended before taking it so you know how often and how much to take. for example, 'a modern herbal' is a pharmacists' reference book from the 1800's that is fully searchable on google. Search 'A modern herbal
Wormwood ' and you'll get the text of the book on nearly the first search hit. Having a tab open on the side so you can quickly research the terms in the book (fx, 'carmative' stops farts).
On Curezone there's mostly just snippets of conversations, so you'll get some hit and miss instructions.
Chia seeds are a food just like flax seed and poppy seeds and sunflower seeds. Chia has some unusual fatty acids that benefit the body, you can read about them here:

Zymex 2 and pinworm meds are also products bought off the web, the ingredients vary from product to product. The safest place to begin is actually in your own kitchen, so do try the garlic-applecidervinegar-honey recipies. I did the firecider recipie recently myself, and it's quite a good bug-killer! (again, just start practicing your google-fu. ;) )
In the thick of all this, remember to keep your eyes on Jesus, not on the posts of folk freaked out by what they see in the toilet. What goes in does come out.. through some folk after they've been through the herbal wringer go looking for spiritual help in the thick of this battle. The real war is waged in the mind, and not on the potty.
