Hi everyone!
I have candida for years now and developped allergies, intolerances... I am intolerant to yeast ( bread,cake, muffin, yogurt ect every people that I spoke to about my candida told me to take apple cider vinegar but it has yeast in it I tried it once and I was having bad cramps and it hurt is it die off or a bad intolerance because I cant consume yeast ????- Re: if intolerant to yeast can I tak... jhan

This is a reply to # 2,365,054Listen to your body. ACV is not working well for me either. Each of us is different and listening to your body reaction is the most important.
