Hello!
I am new here but I've been reading the forums for a couple of months. I've had some health issues for years and seen many doctors but they just suggest steroids to suppress the symptoms which I don't want, but I have tried. I've also read many books and tried many diets and I feel that the answer should be easy enough, so if anyone has any ideas please share!
So what I have:
- Started with sneezing in 2012 when I moved to a new apartment. I can sneeze up to 500 times a day. Sometimes it makes me so tired that I need to take a nap.
I've been diagnosed with seasonal allergies but I don't believe it because it feels like allergies all year round and I feel better when I go outside.
It's the worst in the morning.
Some days I barely sneeze at all and it's driving me crazy to find out what I did differently on a sneezing day vs. a non sneezing day.
Benedryl does work for the sneezing but it makes me very tired, but claritin doesn't work at all.
I don't have any sinus pain or headaches or anything like that.
I have moved away from that apartment where it started. A few months before the sneezing started I had a wisdom tooth infection and I had all 4 removed. Besides another allergy that developed, I can't think of anything else that might have caused this.
I have tried no sugar, no gluten, no dairy diets at the same time and separately. They all seem to work at first and then after about a week the sneezing is back. Also did oil pulling, same result.
I live in a very humid environment and I went to Cuba for a week and didn't sneeze at all!
Doctors don't take me seriously because it's sneezing, not a serious life threatening disease or anything. They just give me nasal sprays which I don't want to take because I am determined to beat this!
2 - In 2015 I was pregnant with my daughter and my childhood asthma came back. I thought it was just a weird symptom of pregnancy but I still have it now. Every time I lay down I need to take my inhaler, so that is every night before bed, or if I lay down to watch TV or anything. I also get asthma when breathing cold air so anytime I go outside in the winter.
Various diets seem to also have an affect on this but its the same as the sneezing, nothing completely removes it.
Thanks for reading through my long post. Any suggestions?
I would like to do
parasite cleanse and master cleanse and then after that liver, kidney, etc.
I would also like to have a better diet, cut out dairy, do paleo with small amounts of meat only, mostly vegetables. It's hard to know what is a good diet because everyone is so biased. Obviously processed foods and sugars are bad, but how much meat is good to eat?
Thanks in advance for your responses. xo
