Well, young and a wise decision to fast with water only. Right path for you to reset your lifestyle.
"Love to eat" is only part of your issue. You have to figure out why do you eat when your body is not asking for it. Usually, people replace their emotional trauma experience with food, excessive shopping, sex, etc. So when you reach for food, ask your self how are you feeling at that point and are you hungry. Look at the food and say, it all looks good, but not for me. Walk away.
Water fasting gets easier after 2-3 days, so tighten your belt and continue, drink warm water everytime you feel hungry. Rest and stay warm.
You will do fine if you focus on the day of fasting, don't think of the next day. One day at a time is the way to go.
You can do it. Your goal should be to learn "Eat to live" not "Live to eat"
