My water fast (started 21/03 at 1a.m)
Hey everyone!
I've started my
Water Fast today (1 hour ago). this my first fast and I'm planning on doing it for 21 days, and if i feel like i can continue then finish 30 days. the main reason for my
Water Fast is weight loss, i have a complicated relationship with food (i eat all the time, i just love to eat) and because of that i've been struggling with my weight my whole life. i don't feel good in my skin, i hate my reflection in the mirror and no self-confidence. I've gained almost 15 kilograms during the last 3 months, so hopefully i can get rid of them during this fast. 5 years ago I used to weigh 55kg i wish i could go back to that time.
I came to this forum looking for motivation and support, every time i start a diet i just give up after a day or 2 and start binge eating again. I've tried to
Water Fast many times but the thought of food hunts me and i just give up before the end of day 1.
I'm gonna update this thread daily with infos about how the fast is going, this way i can stay motivated.
