A nice piece of roundworm. I have killed many similar looking ones. I often see them in my morning BM after doing an enema the previous evening.
Also i see on some photos your stool looks a bit green. It means your liver is trying to remove lots of toxins. Look into a good detox protocol at the same time because you need it.

I have had hundreds of similar looking seed things after started a cleanse. I associated them with roundworms as I have had plenty of those. There were so many of them coming out on the meds. Not sure if they are oocysts or cysts. I am not sure if this is what you have but since you have had the picture earlier of that roundworm that should be a good clue in which direction you need to go. I also see white mucus like things so if i were you i would look into leaky gut, bacterial overgrowth/SIBO treatment, which requires you to totally change your diet and pulse high amount of anti bacterial naturals and some good quality probiotics.
