Refeeding syndrome. Are there danger...

Hi, I have been doing a seven day water/dry fast and yesterday I was researching ways to break the fast and I saw the dangers of refeeding syndrome and I got scared!
Today I bought some potassium and magnesiuma and phosphoserine and b1 although beside the b1 which I take 300 mg I don't know the dosage of the other ones. Are there any dangers of the syndrome and heart failure after 7 days of water/dry? (when I say dry means that there were days I wasn't thirsty so I may have drunk 500ml of water not more) I lost 8 kg in 7 days I was 95 I am 87. I was resting a lot as well, just exerted myself yesterday and today a bit.
Today my first meal has been dark vegetable juice with an apple, some sauerkrauts and about 100 grams of pumpkin seeds which contain phosphorus
1 hour after that I had diarrhea is that normal?
What are your thoughts on the dangers and dosages and also the time I should wait until I eat some carbohydrates like bread?
Sorry for these many questions, very anxious!

This is a reply to # 2,351,687Great that you finished 7 days of semi dryfasting. Diarrhea is not normal after simple foods. Eat some plain yogurt with cumin or oregano seeds.
Drink plenty of water. Stay away from bread. If you wish you can make Almond flour bread. Internet has a lot of recipes for that.

This is a reply to # 2,351,687my honest view is you scared the s*** out of yourself, is all. your fear probably created the diarreah, however you spell that. :)
. just stay with the very simple foods, juice or fruit, or simple soup, for a few days. don't go back to any junk, or fats. avocado in a few days is prob. ok. forget about trying to replenish minerals and vitamins, and all that. this is fear-base thinking.
if you are worried, drink coconut water.
this is not a long fast, and couldn,t have harmed you, just be gentle and go slow with some plain veg. and fruit. the pumpkin seeds might well have been too much ... they are anti-parastic, after all.
look up eft and learn the tapping points. eft can be the biggest help in releasing fears and other emotions.
