omg, i haven't been on the forum in months.
I'm sorry about not replying and i hope that all your issues are solved.
In case you were still wondering about your initial question : i managed to eat whatever i liked after about 2 months.
After a
Water Fast it's imperative that you don't go back to regular eating immediately. One should take things slow and start with vegetable soups and broths at first. Then a week later you made add soft fruits (pear, mango, melon)in combination with soups.
Then the week after that you may add slices of bread and that's the start of regular food once again.
By then your body will have healed itself.
Also, always add a potent probiotic daily to keep your immune system optimal.
I use doctor Khem Shahani's DDS-1 probiotic.

DDS-1 is the ONLY probiotic strain to actually survice stomach acid and thus get into the bloodstream to fortify your immune system.
All the other's are weak strains and most of them die off because they cannot penetrate the stomach lining and the acid in your body.
So don't waste your money on those products with their outrageous claims.
