Sharkman is the expert in strongyloides.
Flagyl and Tiniadazole are useful for clearing microbes, protozoans, stuff. Flagyl has a list as long as your arm, of things it is incompatible with. These are short term GI clearing meds, useful in early stages with SIBO, SIYO, SIVO protocols, and general health and GI improvement strategies.
Flagyl may be useful for general protozoan infections, these dose levels and duration's are defined for the infection referenced.
I am familiar with Ascaris, Strongyles, Flukes, Tapeworms.
In general for
parasite infections, the body needs too be balanced, probiotic and calcium levels increased, broad spectrum minerals, trace metals, nitrogen removal, sulfur supplementation, pH, Lipid and Enzyme supplements, are useful.
I tend to poo poo some of the more abrasive meds to the GI, its stress level is high enough to begin with.
I would hesitate to employ more than nominal or low levels of black-walnut or clove oil caps, I tried all the natural approaches, and for strongyloides a different approach will be required.
If you tested positive for strongyloides, flukes, or ascaris, these are serious infections.
If you are still feeling your way through this process, some kind of ID, round and flatworm infection presence needs to be determined, and then a plan or strategy ascertained.
ELISA test for strongyloides have enough justification to get the fairly low cost Quest Diagnostics test. Additional workup may be required.
From the general description of problems you provide, scanning using natural substances for bacterial, fungal, protozoan infections may be warranted. There are also some small
parasite infections, other than strongyloides that can account for blood in urine, and ICV valve issues.
I suggest a medical exam to rule out immune indications of a general body/gi infection. Urine analysis may also identify something.
There are some transmittable protozoan infections as well that should be ruled out.
If all this fails, some common challenge tests may help identify what microbe or
parasite infection you may have picked up. Many of these substances are natural, some are not.
