That is possible to create, but right now that page does not exist. I will see if I can make it in some short future.

Click on that link:

If you choose to follow all forum messages (on any given forum), you will receive a notification every time a new message is posted into that forum.



You can also see all new messages in any forum by clicking on the "New Messages" link on the forum menu. That way you do not need to follow all forums just to see new messages.
