Support vs Health, Organization, and Quick Response Concern

Wondering what is the difference between a health forum and a support forum? (I was searching for Webmaster support and up came all these Health Forums .)

I am also wondering if there might be some way to organize forums alphabetically, and according to how recently they have been used....

For example:

Recent Alphabeticals could be forums that have been used in the past one to six months.

Less recent Alphabeticals could be forums that have been used in the past six months to one year.

Retiring Alphabeticals could be forums that have been used in the past one year to five years.

Retired Alphabeticals would be forums that have not been used in five years.

I am always notified of the responses to my posts, but not notified if someone posts a new post on the forums that I host and that troubles me because sometimes I don't realize I have a request for advice if they do it by posting a new post. And this concerns me because health is important and people post when they need help. Perhaps I need to adjust my settings somehow. Any suggestions welcome.
