Trent426, I'm very sorry to read of your issues. You're describing many medical issues that may or, may not, be directly related to candida, and I'll address each one that you've listed.
Fungus flares can be associated with use of antibiotics, including improper use of colloidal silver. They can also be symptoms of other medical issues, including psoriatic arthritis, lupus, scleraderma, and other auto-immune disorders. I've had MRSA, twice, and the super-powerful antibiotics that I was given has created a permanent imbalance within my physiology, and I've also been diagnosed with Rheumatoid and Psoriatic arthritis, 10 years ago. SO......step one is to get a clear picture of what is causing the candida symptoms. Labwork can assist in that to document inflammation factors, and markers for RA or other auto-immune disorders.
Treating the fungal flares is not a simple task, and there are many, MANY approaches to this with some of them being ineffective to downright dangerous. Informing yourself on the causes of these flares will help you to make practical decisions to manage it. Sugar is probably the greatest issue with regard to candida - refined sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, fruits and fruit juices, etc., all FEED the fungus. Bread and wheat products also feed it. Consuming food and beverages with yeast also feed the fungus - breads, beer, etc. Eliminating foods and beverages from my diet has been the greatest challenge, to date, to manage this physiological imbalance, and it is a slow process, and one that requires acceptance and proactive decision-making.
ADD/ADHD and memory issues don't necessarily have to be associated with candida. I would have been the poster child for ADHD if I had been born a decade later, but I am grateful that I was born when I was because I was never medicated. ADD/ADHD was the go-to "diagnosis" that parents sought (and, continue to seek) so that a physician or psychiatrist will prescribe a medication to control their active child because it is/was too much effort to actually be involved in being a parent and teaching a child how to focus and learn. Today, it's even more of an issue because parents simply cannot be bothered by their children - they have to check their profile status, every 15 minutes, and snap selfies instead of turning everything off and teaching their children. Yes, there are rare instances where medication might be appropriate, but every child should be active, inquisitive, and expected to learn how to govern their own actions, choices, and decisions without the interference of drugs. The attention and memory issues can absolutely be managed using various techniques of self-governing and practicing exercises that promote mindfulness and focus, as well as those that address and enhance memory functions.
Sleep apnea can be easily managed using a CPAP machine while sleeping. Can too much sugar be associated with sleep apnea? Sure - we can associate anything with anything else if we wish to. Having typed that, it is my personal belief that candida is not the culprit for all things - it's simply a symptom of a complete systemic breakdown that seems to be directly related to processed foods, sugar/carb intake, yeast products, and improper use of antibiotics (including colloidal silver). Again, candida can also be related to auto-immune disorders and this goes to follow that an immune deficiency will also mean a deficiency in the naturally ocurring antifungal properties that we have within our own physiologies.
SO..........having typed all of that, labwork might be a great place to start, along with eliminating foods and beverages that actually feed the fungus, one at a time. As I mentioned, this is a long, long process and it is a wise option to note that there will be flares, outbreaks, and then results when steps are taken, one-at-a-time.
Best wishes to you on this journey, and I'm sorry that anyone has to deal with these symptoms.
