A lyme specialist gave me a protocol involving Antibiotics for lyme and viruses, anti parasite meds and fluconazole for candida.

I wanted to ask- do you think fluconazole is a good drug? Can I get away with Antibiotics without taking fluconazole if I have candida or would taking it be a better idea?

If I took it, it'd be before and after using Antibiotics , assuming I don't get bad side effects from it.

I'm not sure how extreme my candida it is, I can see it on my tongue but mostly white on the back of it. I'm curious to know how fluconazoles side effects are.

The candida diet and natural anti fungals seem to help but haven't really gotten rid if candida, so meds could make sense for that. I understand parasites cause it too but I wonder if bringing down candida could help going after Lyme and parasites too.
