The red worms may be just another type of parasite. It is very common to have multiple types of parasites. Keep going and don't be surprised at what you find.
My parasites seemed to come out sequentially. I got rid of one type and then another came out.

Since they are impossible to identify, they may just be different stages of the same parasite. Or your killing of them is becoming more effective and you are getting them out before they are digested totally.

Bottom line, keep on cleansing. Keep it up for months after you see the last one. You have to kill the eggs or you will just be re-infested.
