Hi, I decided to buy an enema as I have been suffering with uncomfortable bloatiness for a long time, I have had test done by my doctor but was told I am fine. So I did few water enemas while juicing and some light meals, but after I few days I felt not much was coming out I read about the garlic enema, which I did. I had so much gas, but only water coming out after holding it as long as I could maybe 5mins. Half an hour later I had pain on left then needed to go to toilet and this is what came out, can anybody tell me what it is?
I did a few after that for few days, some similar things came out but not much now and feel so much better, no bloatiness no Depression my Acne is clearing, so just wondered what was this inside me, hope somebody can tell me, thanks
