Moxi - every 3 months if you have a filarial infection or stage, (5 or 10) mg/kg/D - long term L2 larval antagonist, like IVM but with less dosing, easier to dose with 4 doses per year)

FenBen - one dose per mo (5/10/15/? mg/kg/D) (DNA issue)Strong Zole, broader spectrum than other Bendazoles. Kind of a bit caustic to membranes, can be effective when other zoles fail to kill.

PZQ - Praziquantel 25 - 100mg/Kg/D typical, up to 30 days or 6 months at the lowest dosing levels. (studies show it can be used longer without harm to DNA) as toxins go this one is mild. Lot's of flat worm Species, Couple of round worm Species. Toxin removal can be the largest risk from this med.

ALB - Albendazole, (USA) 200mg tab. For children...do not exceed 10mg/Kg/D, Do not exceed a month at this level, will pull out certain brain neurons - PD) shakes that do not fade) Permanent issue. Albendazole passes the BBB blood Brain Barrier, and can pull other anti - parasitic molecules through too. This makes Albendazole useful in low dose, for longer period of time. 4mg/kg/D - Dose duration 6 months or more till load dose has been maximized. Excellent in a cocktail.

MBZ - Mebendazole, the French wee wee invent yet another fantastic AntiParasitic, Much larger molecule than Albendazole, less penetration into the body, hard to get past the gut, take with Albendazole to systemically dose MBZ, Ramp, go slow, 100mg can cause nightmares for a couple of weeks, slow ramp is required, for long 30 day dosing schedule, maximum dose is like 2.2mg/kg/D for long period. I weigh 113kgs and eventually worked up to 3 pills of 100mg tabs, per day without side effects, kills, dye off of GI crap. Then you get to killing worms side by side with Albendazole. Albendazole is like the gas petal, bring dose ALB up to 8 mg/kg/D. Bring level of MBZ to 300mg/D +/-. Worms start to dye, toxin overload starts, need to go full blast on detox magnesium ion, metal ion, need antioxidants to prevent cellular damage from kill toxins.

IVM Invermectin (Japan) - long story, many uses, 200ucg/kg/D +/- 50 ucg. Tight dosing level controls are required, the difference between maximum level and useful level is narrow. Useful when a large worm dies, bursts, or babies are released, if used within 24 hours of a worm burst, baby survival rate is very low. Complementary with Papain.
