So I am sure you broke your fast. Congratulations!
Daily fasting is best when you eat once or twice a day. However, best break you can give your body is to eat only when you are hungry. We have programmed our minds to think 12:30pm...oh lunch time.. Eat or else. Well, the digestion process uses the most energy in your body.
Another thing to practice is eat just a little less than what your stomach is asking for, or your mind is asking for, you do not want to fill up your stomach.
