I've heard about myrrh before, I'll make sure to try it! How often do you recommend one to chance protocol?
Also, I eat garlic daily, is that something parasites can get resistant to as well? I can't find any information about it..

I wrote a blog on CZ about my efforts to eliminate parasites. You can find it by going to blogs, new blogs, #4190. Getting the parasites out. My protocol is in the first post on the first page. Herbs were but one component of the protocol. I list all of the things I used and note which ones I think were of the most value.
Everyone has different infestations and reacts differently to herbs and drugs. Please do your own experimentation. I think it is best to keep a journal so you can look back and see what really worked. Please post your failures, successes and your pictures. The medical profession has abandoned us and we need to do this together.
Become well educated. Figure out the likely source of the infestation. Decide if sex partners and/or family also need to be treated. My personal belief is that you need to get rid of any animals in your environment.

My basic theory after having gone through my journey, (which was uncomplicated by any other conditions other than hypothyroidism and some mild adrenal fatigue) is that to kill parasites you have to change the chemistry of the body thru herbs or drugs and food and spices. You need to basically make your body a toxic place for the parasites. You will not feel good doing this but you will recover. The parasites hopefully will not. You also have to work from both ends- the mouth and the anus. You have to be persistent and patient and understand that the parasites can adapt quickly and procreate rapidly. It is hard to tell what is the tipping point in killing parasites, so just throw everything you can think of at them. And vary your protocol.
I was continually surprised by the different parasites that showed up. Seemed to be that I killed one type and another showed up.
In some cases, you may need strong pharmaceuticals. There are others on this forum with knowledge of drugs and protocols for really difficult cases. As I said, my parasites were mostly worms and flukes and a few things that were unidentifiable.
For tapeworms, I have written advice about purging and finding the head (scolex) on other threads.
I bought a few used textbooks on parasitology and they have been helpful.
I also worked with a Naturopath, who was of great service. Sometimes you need someone who will not freak out when you have to talk about your parasites. Because you may become obsessed since it is not an easy task. You have to work at killing them virtually every day for a long time.
