Long story short, two months ago I had really bad gum swelling on my upper left area which subsequently left me with a gum abscess behind my upper left 1st premolar, then about two weeks ago my gums swollen again but not as bad as the first time.

Now my abscess is very soft and dramatically shrunken but I want to know what exactly is happening on my lower left last molar, it won't stop bleeding since, it got a hole in it. Occasionally I get blood clot every now and then.

I never had a root canal in my 23yr old life but I'm thinking either I got infected from the bacteria in my abscess or that my parasite infection has reached the gums.

Should I try lypo-spheric vitamin C with oil pulling? I already got Camu Camu powder for my daily vit C but I heard lypo might work better in this case.
