just wanted to share what i am doing now and what i plan to incorporate- if you know of anything i have on this list that is not good or that i am missing that is necessary for mercury detox out of the brain please let me know!
RIGHT NOW-
i green juice every morning- about 32 ounces- every leafy green you can imagine (beet greens, dandelion greens, chard, collard greens), celery, cucumber, lemon/lime, ginger, fennel, cilantro.
i eat 80% raw- huge salads with every vege i have, avocado and healthy dressing with raw garlic or turmeric or both. lots of fresh fruit (on an empty stomach). lightly cooked veges at night with beans or soaked grains. i eat some nuts, lots of healthy fats. i have dates when i need something sweet.
i am taking-
standard process beta food and milk thistle for liver detox
fulvic acid
just started theanine (but trying to figure out if it's okay for someone with mercury still in the brain?)
activated B vitamins
vitamin D
vitamin C
vegan omega 3's
chlorella
i oil pull in the morning with coconut oil
planning to add-
liposomal glutathione
iodione (was doing it before but realized my red feet/circulation issues came back and though i was mobilizing too quick)
oregano oil
magnesium/melatonin oil at night
also planning to add-
jarrow heavy metal detox
dr shultze intestinal formula #2
zeo force zeolite
mag 07 colon cleanse
wondering if i can take gaba and theanine?
also going to start;
dry skin brushing
infrared sauna (therasage)
exercise more to sweat
i am also interested in learning more about:
alpha lipoid acid (sodium lipoid acid is recommended by mercola)
NAC
cysteine
MSM
activator X (k1 and k2)
boron
astaxanthin
pine bark extract
taurine
thiol resins
goat whey
i am exploring all of these and ideally want to do what is most important and least expensive- but health is more important than money. my intuition is to stay away from chemical chelation (DMSA, DMPS). i feel like natural herbs and some supplements can do the job- but i am open to learning otherwise.
thank you!
