Hi, I just want to ask about post water fasting. It is known that while you're on a Water Fast your metabolism slows down and after Water Fasting it could result in gaining the weight you've loss or so.
Is it okay if after Water Fasting I'll start eating 1 boiled egg a day to gain my metabolism back or should I go with juice?
I've been doing a 30 day Water Fast and thank heavens I'm on my 2nd week now.
I would stick to a vegan plant based diet. Eggs have no place in a heart healthy Diet and in fact eggs cause arterial disease and damage. Eating animal products will undo all of your hard work of fasting!
