I cannot be your fasting buddy even though I am fasting for a few days now.
Having done fasts since my childhood, I can give you some pointers which have been repeated here many times.
1. Drink nothing but warm water, filtered or distilled, distilled preferred.
2. Rest well, don't do any strenuous physical work.
3. Stay warm.
4. Stay away from electronics.
5. Walk or stretch everyday twice.
6. Keep happy thoughts.
7. Clean your mouth with warm water and scrape your tongue as needed.
8. If exhaustion is hard to deal with do deep abdominal breathing twice a day for fifteen minutes.
9. If skin gets rash or becomes dry, use cocnut oil on entire body.
10. If you have pains and cramps, either do foots soaks with
Epsom Salt in warm water or take
Epsom Salt bath.
