Spiral worms?

Found these in feces. They are really small. A mm or less. Does anyone know what they are? I probably don't want them in me. Please help I can not find any info.

This is a reply to # 2,307,165Unusual - never seen anything like that. Considering they have distinct formations, I would rule out non parasite things like mucous. Here is a link to parasite images
