I think it probably has to do with gaining it so quickly. Back in mid December I weighed 142 pounds. And with new boyfriend routine of going out to eat alot, and he's not Vegan and is very skinny and so I ended up weighing 154
pounds at the beginning of this cleanse. I am on day 8 and I'm down to 141.5 (down 12.5 pounds).
Actually, due to that and other factors, I have decided I am going to cut the cleanse a bit short. Well, I'm going to go 10 days, just not the 13 days I had originally planned. So, Wednesday will be my last day. I'll still be doing Bikram Yoga of course ... but, yah, it does scare me just a bit to lose weight THIS fast. My last two cleanses, I was lucky if I could take off 8
pounds in a 10 day period.
I have already far exceeded (weight wise) what I thought I would do in 10 days, and it's already day 8.
My renegociation with myself though is this: After the 3 coming off days, I'm going to eat only RAW FOOD for the next 3 days after that. That's still a bit of a challenge.
