Hi Lili, nice to know we have come across the same inspirational beings!
I thought for sure I'd posted abut Spirit here. Like you, I was so moved to come across Anna and the unimpeachable simplicity of her approach to interspecies communication. Imagine if just a tiny percentage of people can learn to do what she does, -or even consider it's possible- the change that will make.
I'd love to see her here in Canada, and have been imagining that.
Having been divinely guided to "stumble" across Anna, I've shared that Spirit video with lots of people. Very very happy you posted it for others to find.
There's nothing quite like the clarity of a
Water Fast for being in the layers of toxicity peeled away, you see differently, and can even rewire the brain!
She insists anyone can do it, and I'm sure that's true.
In that same vein, but coming at it from how we are more accustomed to seeing it done, here's something you will might also appreciate: Google
Animalkind Mind-to-Mind Roi-Marcel, The Journey Continues.
Anna says animals don't communicate the same way we do,
(well, you know most people believe, like the man with the animal sanctuary did(!), that they can only be trained to do as we want them to do, and to learn a few commands.) What Anna excels at is being very clear and uncluttered with the 'thought blocks' she presents to the animal's mind. This presupposes
being able to clear the mind. And that, for a lot of people feels something like an amazing human trick, and quite unattainable.
-water fasting helps, in my experience, with peeling away a lot of what we've taken on. Thoughts and feelings and even belief systems (or tiny holographic parts of them) can be stored away with toxins, and in fat cells-
Awakened human beings are always doing this, naturally, the clear-mindedness I mean; or rather, are un-doing what most people are unconsciously doing. Like great masters and saints, and so on. And in being able to sit and be completely receptive, as Anna did with that group of primates, when the "scary" alpha male approached her and "said", "Well, if you want to be with us, then do as we do, and dig". I think that scene is in the documentary. Great moment. She had been called to try to mediate between the animals and the humans in the area, who were afraid of this group.
Some people might think this is Over-The-Top, but Roi, the cat,
would be seen as a kind of bodhisattva, in the buddhist view. There are many stories of highly evolved beings appearing in what is commonly perceived to be a 'lowly' form. Even as what we would call inanimate objects. Just as with humans, there are many vibrations, many frequencies. The very nature of a bodhisattva is to appear in difficult places, in times of need. This thought alone should bring many of us a sense of wonder and appreciation, and a glimmer at least, of unshakable trust. There is so much good going on, all the time. . .
It's good to tune in. (And
Water Fasting assists in that so much! In that regard, I hope everyone reading this is familiar with the work of Emoto, with his experiments and discoveries with water, and how we imprint it, for "better" or "worse". You can search for images online. . . and get his book form the library, probably.) I love that so much is available to us now; and the wonder of youtube, for example, when it's used well--And of course there are other platforms. One "good" thing leads to another. Just as one "bad" thing hooked up with leads to its brother.
(but even that has its transformative seed already there)
I use a lot of quotes, not to be lofty or mysterious, but because in the end, nothing is what it appears to be-- and I take every quote as a possible doorway to more true knowing. And there is never any blame or value judgement meant, just as there can be no personal claim to praise or fame.
That's another thing I love about Anna. She knows that consciousness is not personal, but it is noble, profound and magnificent, in its essence. Nothing to it really, but LOVE in its many guises. When it's all in disarray, or some temporary disharmony, it's only in 'dis-guise'. (which has the same basic feel as "dis-ease".)
Which leads us back to water fasting, and to being "On-Topic", and the many benefits of the WF. And plant-based living foods, natural hygiene, permaculture, and so on, all that good stuff! :-)
Thanks again, for sharing this, and being such a bearer of light!
